The Ducks led 5-2 on Tuesday night at Honda Center and did not leave with a point. Vancouver scored four times in the final 20 minutes of regulation, then Filip Hronek's power-play goal with 10.4 seconds left in overtime gave the Canucks a 6-5 win.

The defeat was Anaheim's sixth in seven games. Vancouver, which had lost 10 straight before this one, stopped that skid in Anaheim.

A.J. Greer scored twice for the Ducks, giving him four goals for the season, all in his last five appearances. Leo Carlsson and Jeff Malott each had a goal and an assist. Beckett Sennecke scored on the power play. Jackson LaCombe set up three goals and Sam Colangelo assisted on two. Lukáš Dostál stopped 27 shots.

Jonathan Lekkerimäki scored twice for Vancouver after the Canucks pulled their goalie, first to make it 5-4 at 17:14 of the third period and then to tie the game at 18:03. Jamie Oleksiak had scored at 11:40 of the third, and Brock Boeser added a goal and an assist for the Canucks. Leevi Meriläinen made 18 saves.

The game turned in the final minutes of regulation and overtime. With 2:11 left in the extra period, Sennecke took a high-sticking penalty. Alex Killorn followed with another minor at 26.6 seconds. Hronek's shot from the point went in with 10.4 seconds remaining.

Anaheim built its lead through the first two periods. Greer opened the scoring at 15:52 of the first period when a pass intended for Vancouver's Hronek deflected in off the defenseman's stick. Vancouver answered at 6:36 of the second period, and Carlsson restored the lead 30 seconds later on a rebound from Malott's shot. Malott scored at 18:24 of the second after recovering a puck on the forecheck, and Sennecke tipped in a power-play goal 2:40 earlier. Vancouver's penalty kill entered the game ranked last in the league and gave up the goal 28 seconds into the penalty.

Vancouver's Liam Öhgren scored when a pass he attempted for Zeev Buium hit the skate of Anaheim's Tristan Luneau and banked into the net. Boeser's second-period goal came off his own torso. Hronek assisted on two Vancouver goals and Elias Pettersson added two assists.

The Ducks have not won consecutive games this season. Last year the team lost nine straight, then won seven in a row and took 12 of 14. Vancouver's penalty kill remains the lowest-ranked unit in the league.
