The summer concert calendar in Las Vegas just gained three new entries, with ticket sales scheduled to begin Friday.
Multi-platinum singer Jack Johnson will headline two nights at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. The performances are set for 8 p.m. on June 2 and 3. This marks the first time Johnson has brought his Surfilmusic Tour to the venue since 2023. The set is designed to celebrate more than 25 years of his music career. He will pair songs with personal stories and archival footage from his early years as a surfer and filmmaker. That footage appears in the documentary Surfilmusic, which becomes available to stream and rent in December. Johnson has released eight studio albums and three live albums, with total sales exceeding 25 million copies worldwide.
Comedian Brad Williams is also returning to the Strip. He will perform his Big & Small Tour at 9:30 p.m. on April 3 at the Palazzo Theatre at the Venetian. Presales are currently running. General public tickets become available at 10 a.m. Friday. Buyers can purchase via Ticketmaster.com, VenetianLasVegas.com, or at any Venetian box office. Phone orders are accepted at 702-414-9000 or 866-641-7469. Williams has appeared on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and the Hulu series Deadbeat. He also acted in the Netflix film Mascots and co-hosted the podcast About Last Night with Adam Ray for five years.
Country band Midland will close out the roster of announced acts. The trio will play at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 10 at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms. The show coincides with National Finals Rodeo week. General sales open at 10 a.m. Friday on AXS.com. The group consists of Mark Wystrach, Cameron Duddy, and Jess Carson. They hold a Grammy nomination and have a five-times-platinum hit with Drinkin’ Problem. Their 2024 album is titled Barely Blue.
