Marcus Theatres announced a series of promotions and film screenings in preparation for the Milwaukee Brewers' World Series games. The company is offering discounted food and drink items at participating locations in the Milwaukee area. These deals are designed to encourage fans to gather in theater lobbies and bars to watch the baseball action.

Game-day pricing includes $5 domestic drafts and $9 Game Time Lemonades. Medium pizzas are available for $10, while appetizers are offered at half price. These rates apply at participating Marcus Theatres and Movie Tavern locations. The pricing structure is intended to make the venues accessible gathering spots for supporters of the team.

The celebration also features two films related to Milwaukee baseball history. Theaters will screen "UECK" and "Just a Bit Outside: The Story of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers." These screenings will take place at venues across the state, including sites in Ashwaubenon, Green Bay, Delafield, Appleton, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, Sturtevant, New Berlin, Sheboygan, and Oak Creek. The films revisit the city's last appearance in the World Series, which occurred 44 years ago.

Jeff Tomachek, president of Marcus Theatres, stated that the company has waited 44 years for a moment like this. He expressed excitement to celebrate alongside the Milwaukee community. Tomachek added that the company wants its theaters to serve as places where fans can gather, either by revisiting baseball history or by socializing with friends while cheering on the team.

Members of the Magical Movie Rewards program can receive a voucher for one free Junior popcorn. To qualify, members must see any movie by October 31. The voucher is redeemable between November 4 and November 24. Non-members can sign up for the program for free before their visit to receive the offer.

Fans can view the games on televisions and digital projectors in the bars and lounges of several locations. Participating sites for watch parties include Movie Tavern Brookfield, Marcus Majestic Cinema of Brookfield, Marcus Renaissance, Marcus Menomonee Falls, Marcus North Shore Cinema, and Marcus BistroPlex. The Wall at Gurnee Cinema will also host a sports bar experience for attendees.

Ticket information, screening dates, and showtimes are available on the Marcus Theatres website and mobile app. The details were provided in a press release from the company. The promotions align with the team's return to the postseason after a long absence from the championship round.
